I won on easybet and made three withdrawals, an hour later I wanted to set a deposit limit but for some reason the site put me on self exclusion. I waited for my funds but they are not being credited I contacted the chat and spoke to Andrea at first she said she would assist then she told me they cannot do anything about the self exclusion and secondly my funds are on hold till the exclusion expires. I asked for a manger and she ended the chat. I initiated a new chat but it’s been an hour and a half and no agent has entered the chat, went to instagram they responded but as soon as I told them my issue they disappeared.
I have always withdrawn with immediate payouts and never had a limit to how many times I can with draw, this is a tactic to get people to reverse their withdrawal so they can eat their money.
Secondly their process to reduce limits or self exclusion is wrong the confirmation asked of if I wanted to set a limit but out of the blue it’s an exclusion then they cannot fix nothing.
I am reporting this to the board, there is no where on the withdrawal page that speaks about these limits and they should be able to correct system issues and their char is supposed to be available 24/7
