I won on easybet and made three withdrawals, an hour later I wanted to set a deposit limit but for some reason the site put me on self exclusion. I waited for my funds but they are not being credited I contacted the chat and spoke to Andrea at first she said she would assist then she told me they cannot do anything about the self exclusion and secondly my funds are on hold till the exclusion expires. I asked for a manger and she ended the chat. I initiated a new chat but it’s been an hour and a half and no agent has entered the chat, went to instagram they responded but as soon as I told them my issue they disappeared. I have always withdrawn with immediate payouts and never had a limit to how many times I can with draw, this is a tactic to get people to reverse their withdrawal so they can eat their money. Secondly their process to reduce limits or self exclusion is wrong the confirmation asked of if I wanted to set a limit but out of the blue it’s an exclusion then they cannot fix nothing. I am reporting this to the board, there is no where on the withdrawal page that speaks about these limits and they should be able to correct system issues and their char is supposed to be available 24/7

Good day, I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding my account with SuperSportBET. Despite having submitted all required verification documents and ensuring that my account is fully compliant, I continue to experience repeated issues with withdrawals being blocked due to my account being placed under review. This has become an ongoing and frustrating pattern — each time I deposit funds, I am subsequently unable to withdraw as my account is flagged for review again. This is unacceptable and creates the impression that I am being unfairly restricted from accessing my own funds, despite meeting all verification requirements. I would like to highlight the following: - All requested documents have been submitted and verified - My account activity is legitimate and above board - There is no clear or reasonable explanation provided for the repeated reviews I am requesting the following as a matter of urgency: 1. Immediate resolution of the current review and enabling of withdrawals 2. A clear explanation as to why my account continues to be flagged 3. Assurance that this issue will not recur with future deposits and withdrawals If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to: - Escalate the issue to the relevant regulatory authorities in South Africa - Close and permanently deactivate my account I trust that this matter will be treated with the urgency and seriousness it deserves.

Cheating clients
Good day I query the hours charged for this service, your people worked for less than an hour. The majority of the time was used to go buy the taps and also completing the manual invoice. The actual work took less than a. Hour replacing 2 taps and putting prattley party. The second issue I raised is I asked if we should buy the material ourselves, the guy then said they purchase and we pay, I asked if we would be issued a receipt of what he is bought from the store so I see the cost he agreed, When I asked for the receipt these are the discrepancies I found: Actual cost, -taps 390x2 = 780 - prattle patty 52x3=156 - total =936 +140.40(tax) = 1076 including vat Your invoice shows material to cost 1346.60 excluding vat Then I get charged 2035 excluding vat for charging two taps and putting prattle patty around my toilet. They say it took 2 hours to do this. When I asked them why the prices are different they said the company adds a mark up. Why was this not told when I enquired about the purchase of material, I specifically asked before they left and they led me to believe I pay what the shop receipt indicated And you also charged me for the time spent to purchase the material and the time it took for them to calculate the invoice which was an additional 30 minutes. How do you explain this gross abuse of your clients where you purposefully delay to over charge your clients
