Our experience collaborating with Easylife Kitchens Polokwane was deeply disappointing. Working with Janiel proved especially difficult—she frequently bypassed us to communicate directly with our client, making key decisions without our input and undermining our role in the project.
While their services come at a premium price, neither we nor our client felt the quality justified the cost. Poor communication and lack of professionalism only made matters worse. Once the installation was completed, we were not informed, nor included in any final correspondence.
The most troubling issue arose during payment. Despite a clear agreement made during our initial meeting—and Janiel's written confirmation that payment would follow once the client settled their account (which they did weeks ago)—we were met with evasiveness and ultimately referred to their attorney without cause. This behavior, in our view, was both ********* and unprofessional.
Based on our experience, we cannot recommend Easylife Kitchens Polokwane to other industry professionals or potential clients.
