Account closure and missing grant payment
I want easypay to reverse my grant back to me.I went to them for assistance but I'm sent from their branch to sassa with no assistance. I have sent emails to complain no one is responding.

As discussed, please note that your EPE account is currently inactive due to a failed HANIS verification. As a result, the SASSA grant paid in January was reversed back to SASSA.
For your reference, we have sent you a bank statement reflecting funds credited and reversed cred and the current account status, which may be presented to SASSA if required.
