I SERIOUSLY WISH I WAS NOT FORCED TO RATE THEM OR WAS GIVEN A MINUS OPTION. I MADE PAYMENT FOR MY WIFI THROUGH EASY PAY ON 05/10/2025 TO DATE MY ISP HAS STILL NOT RECEIVED THE PAYMENT AND THIS RESULTED IN MY SERVICE BEING SUSPENDED. I BEEN ASKING, BEGGING, PLEADING UNTIL I FINALLY LOST MY MIND AND STARTED SWEARING AT EASY PAY, BECAUSE THEY GOING ROUND AND ROUND. LAST WEEK I WAS TOLD THEIR BANK IS FNB AND THE PAYMENT IS STUCK WITH THEM BY THE END OF LAST WEEK IT WAS GOING TO BE RELEASED AND EITHER REFUNDED BACK TO ME TO MAKE PAYMENT TO MY ISP OR PUSHED TO THE ISP. I BEEN EMAILING AND BEING IGNORED CONSTANTLY, I CALL I LEAVE MESSAGES BECAUSE THEY REFUSED TO ANSWER AND EVEN THAT GETS IGNORED. I AM TIRED OF EASYPAY AND THEIR LEVEL OF UNPROFESSIONALISM WHICH HAS COSTED ME ALOT THIS MONTH AS I WAS FORCED TO TRAVEL 180KM EVERYDAY TO WORK AND BACK WHEN I HAVE A HYBRID OPTION. I WAS FORCED TO BUY DATA TO WORK AT HOME WHEN I DONT GET TO FINISH AT THE OFFICE. I AM REALLY UPSET AND JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK AND THEY CAN GO TO HELL......................................... TO TOP IT ALL THE FIRST PERSON I SPOKE TO AVELA THAT ESCALATED THE CALL PUT ALL WRONG INFORMATION ON THE CALL AND IT RESULTED IN CAMAGU PRETENDING TO HELP ME AND RECTIFY IT BUT STILL NOTHING REF NUMBER:ESP43966 FOR ESCALATION THAT WAS REALLY NOT AN ESCALATION AT ALL.
