Great Service
I would liked to have given 5 stars, the service was very good and they made it so easy to migrate from the old number plate to the obligatory ZN new number plate, and delivering the actual number plates along with the renewal licence, very nice. However, why did I only get 11 months and not 12? The renewal was done within the grace period. No explanation given.

Great Service

Unethical Business Practice
My license disc expired on 31/08/2021. I paid Easyrenew on 09/09/2021 (within the grace period). On 05/10/2021 I was told my disc was acquired and I needed to pay R151.30 to release the disc. This fee was additional to the R230 originally quoted. When I got my disc document I found out Easyrenew applied for my disc after the grace period on 01/10/2021 and the R151.30 was the late fees the license office charged. These people are unethical and unprofessional. I don't suggest anyone use them.

A very impressed new customer
A well worth process. I created my account after a referral by an existing client. I received the quote a few days later and made the payment. The disc was delivered to door in under a week. Saved wasting a days leave, waiting in a queue and the cost of petrol. The existing client warned me of copy cat companies that don’t deliver. Please make sure you use the correct account.

Glad others had a good experience. It's been over a week since I've been seduced by their promising website. They are yet to respond to my email sent via their online site. I've taken my pittance and "problems" elsewhere. Clearly they do not need our business and I do not beg for services.

Yes it really works, easy license renewal
I actually joined just to write this review for people like me who don't want to stand in those queues and fight with the incompetence and chaos that is the licensing centers in SA; people who just forget about the stupid license disc until its too late and people who are still a bit skeptical about a service like EasyRenew and can't really find a lot of info on Google. If you are one of those people and you are reading this review wondering if its worth it, yes it is. My license disc has been expired for almost a year and I simply had to type up the details and pay the fees and fines via EFT and I have my new disc less than 10 days later. You can even set up a debit order and then the whole thing will just happen automatically. Fantastic.

Disgusting rip-off.
Worst lack of service ever!! I asked for a quote for getting my car licence and delivering it to my house. They quoted me for the licence and their fee, which includes the courier to deliver it to me. I accepted the quote and paid them and sent them the necessary documents. Now they have my licence but wont send it to me because they have added a whole lot of charges which nearly doubles the amount I paid them. I asked for the details of what all these extra charges are for, and they refuse to tell me, and nor will they send me my licence .... where to from here? Do yourselves a favour - stay far away from these thugs, its just a rip-off / scam.
