EAZI ACCESS Richards Bay KZN Branch - WORST, dishonest, ignorant company EVER!!
For the worst service, ignorant staff from the Sales Department, up to the Accounts as well as Manager(s) whom now that we need to get a refund of our deposit that was paid for the rental of a machine, EVERY single person now has a different excuse, from continuously sending another document to complete, or how all refunds is not done this whole week, due to month end deadlines (THIS THEY SAY on THE 4th of THE NEW MONTH)! We have called for a Manager, who does not answer her office phone, nor does anyone bother to take a message. We have emailed accounts department about our concerns, NO REPLY whatsoever, as well as requesting to have the relevant Manager's Contact Details, also NO REPLY. Completely IGNORANT to a Customer's complaints & concerns. This is all after we have been struggling since day 1 with getting efficient service, first trying to get a quote, then to get the machine (Boom Diesel) booked & a pro forma sent to pay, THEN the machine arrives 3 HOURS LATE ON SITE, with the Sales Lady after numerous calls (because she hardly picks up) claiming that she left messages to book the machine, but the relevant staff did their own thing and ignored her... Not sure how true this is! As she has shown on numerous occasions she is everything BUT reliable. The Operator arrived LATER than the machine was delivered and claimed he was not aware of this site job, until now. So now, we have also requested that the 3 lost hours also be refunded to us, also this would PROBABLY also be ignored, like the rest of the communication with them. I have all requests, etc on emails and/or whatsapp. We are in desperate need of some MANAGEMENT assistance, in this case a DIRECTOR, as the Branch Manager(s) is either ignorant too OR influenced by fraudulent workers who just all play along and not get us in contact with the relevant Manager to report this shocking & terrible service we have received! Need we remind them that we are not their SUPPLIER, but in fact a CUSTOMER.

07 Apr 2022, 10:33** Kindly also be advised that I was contacted by the relevant sales person this morning, (whom I have originally dealt with, and mostly referring to, in my bad experience review) and greeted with the following sarcasm: "THANK YOU FOR THE LOVELY MESSAGES!" and then asked somewhat strange questions like: So I am asking for a refund? And do I also want a refund on the period they arrived late etc.. and after these strange questions, just said thank you and ended the call. This is strange as this whole experience has been about this, she is completely aware of all of the communication there has been, with her as well as everyone else I had to involve to try & get some answers & assistance. I need to specifically hereby make it clear that I do not appreciate the sarcasm! I would have expected a bit more from Eazi Access, as I have spoken to even some top management as well, at other branches to get through to the relevant Manager. I do see a clear communication gap amongst the different departments and would suggest you get ONE person to investigate this as well as advise me of the outcome, without having to deal with your childish attitude staff. If they cannot handle this professionally, I suggest a change of departments where perhaps these employees should not be handling or be in any way involved with customer relations and/or sales/complaints/querries etc. As this is truly shocking to say the least! I will also make contact with you shortly, as per reply above.
