We would just like to voice our terrible experience today at Cash Crusaders (Boardwalk Richards Bay) - My husband has been after an outdoor light they have for some time now, and returned today to purchase it. But while in store he was approached by a black male who told him to turn his cap around. He refused to do it and then walked out. But as he was walking away, he decided to go back and told the sales lady (whom he has known for a long time) that he wishes to purchase the light now. She then took the light and placed it on the counter, when all of the sudden this man reappeared and took the light back and said that nothing will be sold to this man refusing to turn his cap around. This is apparently due to security reasons for their cameras. This is totally understood but was most definitely handled completely wrong as my husband feels he was immediately treated like a ******** and it should have been obvious as he has been there many times before and is also known to the saleslady. It should be noted that he won't be visiting them very soon as there is a clear difference in being a regular customer versus a "parra". And yes, we are fully aware of "parras" as we also owned a pawn shop. Management should perhaps consider a more friendly understanding approach to this "security measurement".
I am proud to say that our issues has now been resolved by Anton from Vox Richards Bay and that we are happy with his professionalism in handling our issues and sorting it out & connect us within 5 mins of arriving at our house! Thank you Anton & Vox!
Worst EVER service, IF you can call it service at all! We were literally screened as if we applied for a R2 000 000 homeloan with someone who has never dealt with us. After EVENTUAL approval our router was delivered & fibre was installed. AND THAT WAS THE END OF IT TOO. We have NO internet password or login details and NO ONE has contacted us either. We have made contact with VUMA who installed it who now says its outh of their hands as the fibre shows active and we need to contact VOX. We have tried to no avail. You just can't get through or get transferred from 1 to another! This has been going for 2 months now!! UNBELIEVABLE SUPPLIER WHO CLEARLY DOES NOT GIVE A DAMN!
They LURE people with their clever offers of fake promises ONLY to take EVERYTHING you have!! It is impossible to win what they promise you in their constant emails & messages! Also how they "publish" all these awesome winnings people have on their games! THIS IS ALL PART OF THEIR FRAUDULENT BUSINESS THEY ARE RUNNING to take everything you have!!! I won't stop until we have stopped & folded them all!!! While they laugh in your face, and all the way to the bank!!! How do you think they became so SUCCESSFUL? BY STEALING our money with all their FAKE promises of making you the next MILLIONAIRE!! And this has NOTHING to do with Sports Betting, which is legal.. WE are talking about their NEW slot machines completely programmed to TAKE EVERYTHING YOU HAVE AND NOT EVEN HAVE!

If you DARE say something they do not like, as in SIMPLE please let me chat to a MANAGER or Supervisor, they END THE CHAT AFTER sending a automated message to phone the call centre & speak to a manager! let me tell you, live chat, you wait about 50mins before you get an agent, calling them is EXACTLY the same, 50mins on a call! and you must pay for all of this! While they laugh in your face, and all the way to the bank!!! How do you think they became so SUCCESSFUL? BY STEALING our money with all their FAKE promises of making you the next MILLIONAIRE!! To be honest, I have now come to a point where I have lost almost everything!! And don't think the board will help you, who they say they are registered with, but on the NGB Website it clearly states that ONLINE BETTING is illegal. Believe me, THEY ONLY TAKE YOUR MONEY! I have even been contacted on Whatsapp by them, claiming I now have a PERSONAL Account MANAGER, who also made FAKE promises of how I am now a VIP & that I will be getting EXCLUSIVE Bonusses & Promotions as a VIP CLIENT!! Well... That's 2 weeks ago!! and THOUSANDS later!!! YOU WILL NEVER WIN WITH THEM!! DO NOT FALL VICTIM TO THEIR FRAUDULENT ways of trying to get you to deposit money!! READ ALL THESE RATINGS ABOUT THEM!!!! I won't stop until I have folded them, and not just them..... REMEMBER: Sports Betting is COMPLETELY different & ALSO LEGAL online.... But they literally TAKE AND TAKE AND TAKE!! And are so clever in luring you back with promises that NEVER happen..... We will take them down..... I was vulnerable I will admit, BUT I won't take the fall for being scammed & taking EVERYTHING from me!!! I am NOT the mastermind behind this! They have much more experience & influence!
For the worst service, ignorant staff from the Sales Department, up to the Accounts as well as Manager(s) whom now that we need to get a refund of our deposit that was paid for the rental of a machine, EVERY single person now has a different excuse, from continuously sending another document to complete, or how all refunds is not done this whole week, due to month end deadlines (THIS THEY SAY on THE 4th of THE NEW MONTH)! We have called for a Manager, who does not answer her office phone, nor does anyone bother to take a message. We have emailed accounts department about our concerns, NO REPLY whatsoever, as well as requesting to have the relevant Manager's Contact Details, also NO REPLY. Completely IGNORANT to a Customer's complaints & concerns. This is all after we have been struggling since day 1 with getting efficient service, first trying to get a quote, then to get the machine (Boom Diesel) booked & a pro forma sent to pay, THEN the machine arrives 3 HOURS LATE ON SITE, with the Sales Lady after numerous calls (because she hardly picks up) claiming that she left messages to book the machine, but the relevant staff did their own thing and ignored her... Not sure how true this is! As she has shown on numerous occasions she is everything BUT reliable. The Operator arrived LATER than the machine was delivered and claimed he was not aware of this site job, until now. So now, we have also requested that the 3 lost hours also be refunded to us, also this would PROBABLY also be ignored, like the rest of the communication with them. I have all requests, etc on emails and/or whatsapp. We are in desperate need of some MANAGEMENT assistance, in this case a DIRECTOR, as the Branch Manager(s) is either ignorant too OR influenced by fraudulent workers who just all play along and not get us in contact with the relevant Manager to report this shocking & terrible service we have received! Need we remind them that we are not their SUPPLIER, but in fact a CUSTOMER.

My previous review of JBL SOUNDBAR refers: I thought JBL needs this positive review, as they were the ONLY company that DID in fact reply AND also sent me a new remote within a few days, WITHOUT even asking questions, details and to top it all, I did not even buy it directly from them, but in fact bought it from the ever so bad customer relations/care/service retailer HOUSE & HOME! Richards Bay! They were also informed via their customer service desk of the review, yet did not care to even make contact of any kind! So please, allow me to RATE JBL 10/10 for their excellent response, in private, their excellent handling of the situation as well as all done at their own expense, with follow up communication! I am truly thankful & a very happy JBL Sound Supporter! I suggest that everyone, rather, in protecting JBL's Sound's Excellent Name, to rather place their reviews on the retailers, as my Review as well as the solving thereof clearly showed that the issues are with the retailers who are NOT doing their part when handling guarantees for the manufacturers. So we tend to immediately blame the Brand instead of the retailer who is most of the time the culprits not doing what they are suppose do. DON'T take retailers response seriously, and rather contact the manufacturers and then, you can post 2x reviews, the good one's to the brand manufacturers and the negative one's to the retailers, easily getting away with their unacceptable customer's after sale services! THANKS JBL.. you've done an excellent job, have excellent staff, as well as excellent products to fit the profile! My special thanks goes to Nelson Pillay (Business Support Manager @ Connoisseur Electronics - JBL AGENT IN SA) as well as all other colleagues involved in organizing & shipping my new remote to me.
