HelloPeter I would like expose the company named Eazi Access I bought a brand new Tow tractor machine with them costing R200 000. 00 cash. I was supplying the machine to a government hospital and they did not approve of the machine I had to return it in less then two weeks. I brought the machine back to the company and they checked that everything was still ok approved it and took it back. Although they did not refund me the money they said they don’t do refunds they have to sell the machine for me in order to get my money back. As supplier I had to deliver at hospital I bought another machine matching hospital specifications it was a second hand machine we agreed on the the things they were going to fix before giving it to me and they gave me a price I paid it and was R85 000. 00. Now they have changed the tune they not fixing the things agreed upon saying I must pay for them. I am tired of this company and it’s games I would just like you to help me get all my money cancel everything with them.

Last year on the 26 June 2022, someone with the name LVD Chauke who works at the above mentioned company, hit my car at the back, he was driving a company car with the registration number JC21DG.GP. it seems like they are refusing to fix my car cause its been a while and they know very well that its their employee's fault not to focus when driving. if you see a brake light you have to be alert, and you have to give a car in front of you a following distance incase an emergency arise then you'll have so much time to brake.

For the worst service, ignorant staff from the Sales Department, up to the Accounts as well as Manager(s) whom now that we need to get a refund of our deposit that was paid for the rental of a machine, EVERY single person now has a different excuse, from continuously sending another document to complete, or how all refunds is not done this whole week, due to month end deadlines (THIS THEY SAY on THE 4th of THE NEW MONTH)! We have called for a Manager, who does not answer her office phone, nor does anyone bother to take a message. We have emailed accounts department about our concerns, NO REPLY whatsoever, as well as requesting to have the relevant Manager's Contact Details, also NO REPLY. Completely IGNORANT to a Customer's complaints & concerns. This is all after we have been struggling since day 1 with getting efficient service, first trying to get a quote, then to get the machine (Boom Diesel) booked & a pro forma sent to pay, THEN the machine arrives 3 HOURS LATE ON SITE, with the Sales Lady after numerous calls (because she hardly picks up) claiming that she left messages to book the machine, but the relevant staff did their own thing and ignored her... Not sure how true this is! As she has shown on numerous occasions she is everything BUT reliable. The Operator arrived LATER than the machine was delivered and claimed he was not aware of this site job, until now. So now, we have also requested that the 3 lost hours also be refunded to us, also this would PROBABLY also be ignored, like the rest of the communication with them. I have all requests, etc on emails and/or whatsapp. We are in desperate need of some MANAGEMENT assistance, in this case a DIRECTOR, as the Branch Manager(s) is either ignorant too OR influenced by fraudulent workers who just all play along and not get us in contact with the relevant Manager to report this shocking & terrible service we have received! Need we remind them that we are not their SUPPLIER, but in fact a CUSTOMER.

on Wednesday 24th at just after 11h00 I was driving on the m5 changing lanes driving normal and ur driver DC43FD-GP...throwing me lights driving high speed coming so close behind me almost drove into me and my 4yr old son and wife is in the car...he overtook me on the left lane driving extremely reckless and very close to my car and showing me middle finger...does this guy have no training or respect for road users and the rules of the road...im not happy with this.

Very big company with a lot of managers with even bigger hearts. Great company to work for and very stable , even in these confusing times. Business ethics of the best and always willing to learn and adapt. Only company I have known to take ownership of any mistakes they make and rectify it immediately. Misconduct to employment practices, unfair treatment to its workers dismissals that have no reason, failing to pay its workers for the time of work they have earned....this company approves of these actions thru it's in-house agent...this big company is poluting the inviroment around it with chemicals an oil substances from one compound to another & is corrupt an employes unqualified people to run operations while unqualified for management. I don't want to even mention the racial behave...obserd

EAZI Access has show to be a hazard to our society polluting the soul..thru out its next door tents. They have employed a corrupt in-house agent “EMC” that abuses the rights of its workers and with holds they rightful earned monthly pay as methods of bullying & threatening works of losing there jobs. EAZI Access workers refuse working due lack of pay even after making so much money it has retrenched its previous workers to be hired by this corrupt institution to earn lower salaries than before. With practices like this EAZI Access & EMC in danger the workers of it & it’s clients by forwarding unfit mechanics of there machines.
