Pay for food that is not given. No way to get through to the Hillcrest KZN branch and the phone number that you dial puts you through to a call centre that is not manned. HOW HARD IS IT TO CHECK A SLIP AND MAKE SURE THAT ALL ITEMS ORDERED & CHArged for are actually packed???!!!

I just want to let you know that your hotel is 1 of the best I've ever had the good fortune of staying at. From the cleaners all the way up to management, everybody was friendly, helpful and caring. The staff always have a smile on their faces and are always eager to help. The dining room staff and chefs were always helpful, friendly and world class. The food was out of this world and amazing. I thank you for making our stay feel like our home away from home.

Good evening. Your store staff at the Kloof KZN branch have either has zero training or are just ********. They have no idea on the products they sell, the pricing, the specials. I am tired of walking into that store and having the same bad service every time I go there. Maybe the owner should have hired staff who had some sort of basic training? There is never a manager on duty after 5pm ever? Why offer rewards if you cannot redeem them at the store? Is this the service you intend offering the customers? I don't think you will get much business. Its a total disgrace. I will go back to using the Shell garage up the road - where the service is excellent - and will advise anybody I know who is trying out your store, not to any longer.
Their service just goes from bad to shocking to non existent. Yet, they are very quick to take their monthly deduction.
