I opened educational plan last year August for my 4 years old son, it's not reflecting on my app but other policy are reflecting except this 1, when I call oldmutual they told me that it's not under my name but under my son's name. I emailed them to fix this issue as is not my fault, but they told me that they can't fix this as they use different contact number, I don't even know whose contact number is it that they used on my son.
I made a purchase of 5 × 5l cooking oil at makro online. They only delivered 1 × 5l. Requested a return with a reason incomplete order. They called me saying they escalated my issue. Yesterday I received an email saying they declined my return. So, I don't want a return anymore, i just need my 4 × 4l.
I'm writing to share something deeply concerning about SEF, where my husband was employed. He experienced severe emotional abuse from his manager and one of dfs, a colleague who made his work environment unbearable. the stress and hurt became too much. he left the job not out of anger, but out of pain and exhaustion. I reached out to the company to plead for support, hoping they would help him heal and return to work. but there was no response. No care. No action. Im sharing this not to attack but to expose the truth: my husband gave his time and effort, he was mistreated and let down by those who should've protected him. I hope this reaches someone who cares enough to make things right, not just for my husband but for others who may be suffering silently too.
had a terrible experience with them. they funded my daughter in 2024. In 2025 she was declined, she registered 1 module due to financial issues, we minimum registration and left with R700 and something which i planned to pay before end of the year. all of a sudden i received a statement saying my daughter is owing R14479. they blocked everything, i called to enquire and the stated that she was funded by mistake.
i am their client, i called several times requesting to speak to my case manager, they said he will call back, until now, he never called back.
They recruit people with false Information. They said when beated their insurance they give you R500 voucher which is not true. Since I beated their insurance on the 1st of September 20204, even today I did not receive my voucher. I submitted my proof of insurance.
I bought groceries online at makro, other part of grocery was delivered perfectly except for the 5l of tomato sauce, they delivered 2l while I was at work, my kids opened tomato sauce and enjoyed with their meal, after returning home from work I realized that they delivered wrongly. I took a phone the following day and called makro and they told me there is nothing they do.
I'm not happy with their service, since I opened a case with them last year, no progress, I'm receiving any update. Last week I called for update, the lady I was talking to was so rude to me.
Last year on the 26 June 2022, someone with the name LVD Chauke who works at the above mentioned company, hit my car at the back, he was driving a company car with the registration number JC21DG.GP. it seems like they are refusing to fix my car cause its been a while and they know very well that its their employee's fault not to focus when driving. if you see a brake light you have to be alert, and you have to give a car in front of you a following distance incase an emergency arise then you'll have so much time to brake.
Since I opened a case with them last year June until now, nothing positive about the case, its been a while without getting a feedback, I called them last month complained about this matter and they told that they are sending emails every month, but I don't receive any email. its been a year without a car.
