Stay away - I was misled by Anelia!!

I liaised with Anelia Streicher re my move to another province. I gave her a list of all items and agreed that a 50% deposit will be done to confirm the quote and the balance by the 26th before delivery. She confirmed this arrangement can be done and I should proceed to sign the Ts and Cs as well as make the 1st payment. After I had made the 50% payment, she turned around and said there has been changes and she cannot confirm when the load will be collected or when it will be delivered to the next location. In addition, if I can’t make the balance payment before the 23rd then request will be cancelled and only 50% of what I paid will be reimbursed within 7-14 days. Alternatively, I should incur extra storage costs and redelivery fees on the 26th.

The only time she was professional was before I made the first payment.. thereon after she was rude and could not care what she agreed to prior. I would never recommend anyone to use their services.
