Eazi move moved us from secunda to Dana bay. We paid so much money just to get to a strange province with no friends or family and to see that we had thousands of rands of damages. This was not small things. Dining table chairs broken in the middle of the leg through solid wood. Our table that has so much sentiment since we are the 4th generation it was passed down to, has so much damage we cannot fix it reasonably and be sure it would not fall apart. The agent ****y did not even want to phone us back after we reported damages. This is not even the things that were ****** or the Le Creuset or the stanley things they broke. We took out insurance and all they say is that it covers high jackings, fires and things like that. He told us bluntly to make a complaint to head office it does not matter. I am not here to slander or bad mouth anyone. I want to warn future people that you will lose thousands of rands by using them. My husband is really upset to lose a table that was gifted from his grandfather. It was supposed to go to my son who all share the same birth names. No one want to speak to us. No one wants to compensate for this. How can we trust a company like this ever again? Shame on you Eazi move for caring so little about the clients that pays your salaries. It is a disgrace.

Eazi Move help us to move our furniture from PE to CPT last year 30Jul 2025 unfortunately most of our stuff arrive Cape town Broken, Damaged, Dented and Scratched ; our single fridge Dented and broken can't stand straight, TV stand broken, sound bar scratched, all the dishes broken, I took photos and send to customer care but the response was " they will not do anything and they are not responsible for any damages " was deeply disappointed.

False information provided I liaised with Anelia Streicher re my move to another province. I gave her a list of all items and agreed that a 50% deposit will be done to confirm the quote and the balance by the 26th before delivery. She confirmed this arrangement can be done and I should proceed to sign the Ts and Cs as well as make the 1st payment. After I had made the 50% payment, she turned around and said there has been changes and she cannot confirm when the load will be collected or when it will be delivered to the next location. In addition, if I can’t make the balance payment before the 23rd then request will be cancelled and only 50% of what I paid will be reimbursed within 7-14 days. Alternatively, I should incur extra storage costs and redelivery fees on the 26th. The only time she was professional was before I made the first payment.. thereon after she was rude and could not care what she agreed to prior. I would never recommend anyone to use their services.

Eazi Move: "Regarding the items that were not moved – the client should contact the office immediately so that we can contact the team to clarify why they did not load the items and we could have sent them back to load the items that they left behind." Customer: You were notified within 48hr that all the items were not moved. Please clarify your requirement of "immediately? Eazi move: What I meant by immediately is that on the day of the move once the team were finished with the loading process. I am not sure when you realised that the items were not loaded, but if we knew right away we could have contacted the team to find out why they did not load the items. If you can provide more details regarding how the items were left behind, I can do more for you. Customer: We let you know on whatsup while they were busy loading. 4pm on the day they were offloading. We supplied pictures and commentary about our concerns in real time. There is a timed and photographic record. Are you not aware of the details of this move?

We recently moved into our property the 1st February 2022. The agent promised us that once we move in the yard and rubble will be removed. Upon moving there was absolutely nothing done regarding the cleaning. There is dog litter which created maggots everywhere. The rubble is still there which previous owner did not even remove. The property agent got his sale now responds to no emails. Only advises us to contact the attorney?
