I am not pleased with the service received from Eezi move from bookings to collection. Firstly, I spoke to Anelia when I initially requested the quote to move. I discussed and we both agreed to the following terms: 1. I needed to move the furniture by the 23rd and delivery in after the 26th. 2. I would be able to pay the deposit upfront and balance only on the 26th. Anelia agreed to these and said she would arrange with the finance and logistics team- Whatsapp screenshot attached. After I paid, Anelia told me that the dates would not work and they need to collect the furniture prior to the agreed date and deliver prior as well. This would not work for me as I had already booked everything according to the agreed dates. When I shared my disappointment with her she advised that it’s not her problem and she can issue a 50% refund if their terms do not work for me, after agreeing and confirming that I should pay the deposit and they will arrange based on our conversation. At this point I was already trapped into proceeding with the terrible service as I could only get refunded 50% and it would take 7-14 days. Out of desperation I continued to agree to their terms after I spoke with management and they agreed to put my furniture in storage until the 26th. Collection day came, I was told my furniture would be collected between 5-7pm. I arranged with the estate manager to allow a late collection as I did not want to fight further with Anelia. I was granted grace until 7pm. The truck only arrived at 7:30pm after I called Andre over 3 times to find out how far they were. In addition, the shuttle that I was charged for came fully packed with another clients furniture. I was told not to worry, they will unpack the furniture in the dark on the side of the road and come to collect mine. I explained to the drivers that firstly it’s late and risky to park the truck on the side of the road, secondly it’s not safe as anyone can intimidate them and ***** our furniture, thirdly it’s not safe to pack in the dark as a lot of items stand to be damaged. They insisted that that’s how they do things and I cannot tell them how to do their job. After advising Andre that they won’t allow them that late in the complex, he agreed to move it to the next day at 8am. Next day they collected my furniture and despite my warnings to them to be gentle with the furniture they continued to carry the items without care. What was the biggest shocker is that they used tape instead of rope to “secure” the items on the bakkie. I complained again and was told to not worry. Today I sit with a delivery of damaged furniture items that Anelia tells me will not be compensated for because the insurance only covers goods in transit. My furniture was damaged while in transit, but no one would take accountability.
False information provided I liaised with Anelia Streicher re my move to another province. I gave her a list of all items and agreed that a 50% deposit will be done to confirm the quote and the balance by the 26th before delivery. She confirmed this arrangement can be done and I should proceed to sign the Ts and Cs as well as make the 1st payment. After I had made the 50% payment, she turned around and said there has been changes and she cannot confirm when the load will be collected or when it will be delivered to the next location. In addition, if I can’t make the balance payment before the 23rd then request will be cancelled and only 50% of what I paid will be reimbursed within 7-14 days. Alternatively, I should incur extra storage costs and redelivery fees on the 26th. The only time she was professional was before I made the first payment.. thereon after she was rude and could not care what she agreed to prior. I would never recommend anyone to use their services.
We have experienced such bad service so on numerous occasions with the long distance service from both Centurion and Krugersdorp. When you call or email no one picks up or you get transferred from pillar to post without any assistance. The IT team does not respond to queries on systems that don’t work, the registration team does not revert back to queries on setting up emails and today a lecture scheduled a class but did not pitch. No communication nor updates.
Rochester Mall of Africa I bought the Seattle Couch on the 15th of December 2023 for R22,000 plus a delivery fee. During the point of sale, the sales person Nhlamelani told me that there is a 2 year guarantee on the couch and immediate swap for a new couch should there be any defects. I later found out this was false information, as the store only allows 7 days of exchanges if there are problems - however,i was fed lies just so the sale could proceed. A few days after delivery, the couch stitches loosened and i reported it after we returned from holiday on the 29th. I spoke to the store manager (Alucia) and she advised that their head office is closed and will open on the 15th of January and the matter would be resolved then. To my surprise, the store and the sales person changed their statements and according to them, I was informed re the 7 days period, fortunately i had a whatsapp conversation with the sales person to confirm my version. I then asked for a full refund and to have the couch collected instead. Additionally, the paperwork for the refund was collected a week ago and the couch 3 days ago. I waited for confirmation of a refund date and there was no communication, regardless of my emails sent to head office and the store manager. Each time i follow up on my refund - the store manager is either on leave (she left without processing my refund) or head office cannot do anything to process my refund. I have logged complaints but with the service i received from the store and head office - I have very little faith.
No regard for client safety!! Immobilised the car without warning due to disputed charges on my account, mind you the premium is fully paid up but I keep getting charged for tickets I have been disputing. Without warning, they just stopped the car. Worst part, I was told they intentionally wait for you to start driving the car so they can immobilise it while you are on the road and leave you stranded. If you don’t pay, they tow the truck and charge you for the towing. They don’t do this at night or when the car has stopped, they do it while the car is moving, risking an accident and other damages that you will be forced to pay because of unwarranted tickets. Emails are never responded when you query anything, calling doesn’t help and one needs to drive there always to get some feedback. Only mails is accounts telling you there’s additional billing without explanation. I am due a refund from a 3rd party claim but no one responds to that query- over 90 days waiting. I queried additional km’s on the car when it went in for repairs but no one responded. I would never recommend this to anyone
Worst fibre partner to use. Orders delayed, no follow up even though they promise to call you back, no contact with couriers, sales team doesn’t care to assist as they already got the sale. Will never use their services again!!!
After a rocky start... Eldo Energy services have gone out of their way to ensure that all my queries were resolved and explained in detail! Especially the support team members - Tumi and Anne. Thank you both for the great service.
My courtesy car was rented through Avis. The collection date was supposed to be Friday the 19th however nobody pitched. I called Avis Midrand as they were supposed to collect and they simply told me there’s no driver so they will see on Monday. Then Monday they sent a driver to collect and I queried how long my deposit refund would take. I was reassured 3 working days at the most. I called the Avis Midrand ladies to confirm this, names being Bongi and Phuti and they confirmed I should not worry, refund process has started and payment will reflect this in 3 days. By Friday there was no payment, I called these 2 ladies again the one in the morning lied and told me she had informed the bank to release my money from Monday already however she never took my card number so how could she have done that? Then she promised to email the bank again and call me back... needless to say there was no callback, so I followed up in the afternoon and the 2nd lady Bongi replies and says there was no email sent from Monday, and she’s not sure if there’s one sent currently either but she will speak to Phuti and Call me back... she did not, I called 3 times following up only to get different stories and excuses. They did not show any effort to try and fix their mistake and they barely cared about my frustrations. Their admin is poor and communication s****s even worse, they could not be bothered to do their wor**** I will never use their services again, I’m still waiting for my call back regarding the refund as we spea****!!
