Unreliable eBay

I have previously ordered items from eBay. Today I'm unistalling their app from my mobile because I shall NOT order from them again.

They failed twice to honour their estimated delivery dates. Their tracking is never accurate and incomplete. When I raise a query in their app they referred me to their sellers who do not communicate. Eventually I was told the item had been delivered to my local Post Office and that I must collect before it is returned.

Lack of communication and long delivery period is a deal breaker for me.
