I have been requesting a refund from touchdown since the 18th of April. I submitted all documents as requested By her. Upon following up, she advised that the money was transferred to my profile which I had not previously requested.
On 5 April I resent the requested documentation to her once again and she advised that I would receive the refund within 21 And 48 days Which should be 23 May.
I have called relentlessly to follow up on my refund and confirm that it will indeed be deposited into my account on the 23rd.
I still have not received any feedback. The Refund is R 6772.90 which is not A small sum of money. This is especially frustrating considering it has been over two months that I have been waiting patiently.
When I made my booking, Correspondence was very quick but when I want my refund, then correspondence is non-existent.
To say that I am disappointed would be an understatement! I am livid that I have to wait so long for my money and cannot get proper feedback so that I at least know what’s going on.
Please sort this out I cannot wait any longer.
