Poor Service & Refund not Paid out after 6 weeks

Very disappointed in the service received. If it isn’t the doors closing sooner than the times given on their doors on Friday, they also don’t phone you back. Always busy with a client and will get back to you.

I’ve ordered an awning and wasn’t happy with it at all. It was the incorrect colour and made out of PVC Material instead of Ribstop or Canvas. It looked really cheap and not what I expected for the price. I decided to rather return the awning and ask for a refund. However, I’ve been waiting more than six weeks for the refund to reflect in my account. Constantly following up but the matter is still not resolved.

I’m really disappointed in the service provided by Echo and just the way they deal with items.
