Very disappointed in the service received. If it isn’t the doors closing sooner than the times given on their doors on Friday, they also don’t phone you back. Always busy with a client and will get back to you. I’ve ordered an awning and wasn’t happy with it at all. It was the incorrect colour and made out of PVC Material instead of Ribstop or Canvas. It looked really cheap and not what I expected for the price. I decided to rather return the awning and ask for a refund. However, I’ve been waiting more than six weeks for the refund to reflect in my account. Constantly following up but the matter is still not resolved. I’m really disappointed in the service provided by Echo and just the way they deal with items.
FORD KUGA 2.0 TDC Powershift - 160 000km's - Transfer Case and Gearbox breaking. - Jeep East Rand I'm absolutely disgusted on how a matter is being dealt with. I bought a vehicle 10 months ago from the dealership and wasn't happy with it from the 4th day we owned it as I noticed and oil leak on the gearbox as well as the AC wasn't working. The vehicle was bought 10months ago but it has only been in my possession for 6 of the 10months as its been from workshop to workshop trying to rectify the gearbox oil leak. The car broke down completely on 08th August 2023. Since then I've been without a vehicle and no means of assisting with my mobility arose from the dealership. I obviously bought a vehicle that had numerous issues that is seemingly "un-repairable". Yes the dealership gave me loan vehicles when it was in from workshop to workshop but when the car broke down completely I was told that the line needs to be drawn in the sand as their 6 month liability period has lapsed. In this case the Car was NEVER Fixed and I wasn't ever happy since day 4 of owning the vehicle. In future I will remember to take a vehicle back to a dealership, hand in the keys and cancel the deal within the 6 month liability period. The first quote received to fix the gearbox and Transfer case that broke came to R 241 000-00!!! The car is insured for only R 203 000-00. I'm still awaiting answers and the way forward from the DP from this dealership. I've been patiently waiting for feedback without a vehicle for a week and a half - hence the post. Hopefully hearing from the dealership soon. Regards.
The initial request to Sixty60 help desk was sent on 14 June 2021 - to date we are not getting any response back on when the money would be refunded for goods never delivered. We've been following up daily on the refund and got some very arrogant mails back from the help desk. This is very poor service from one of the biggest retailers in SA. We are really disappointed and would discourage anyone that wants to use the service and would probably never use the service ourselves again.
Very Poor service. Ended up selling my car somewhere else for cheaper just because the part owner had a really bad attitude and started attacking me verbally because I was reluctant to send him a copy of my Registration documents. I will not recommend to buy anything here.
