I am extremely disappointed with Echo Optic Solutions. They initially advertised free installation with their IPS service, which was one of the main reasons I signed up. However, after installation, I started receiving threatening letters, stating that I now have to pay for the installation. This is completely unacceptable and feels like a bait-and-switch tactic.

I trusted Echo Optic Solutions to deliver on their promise, but instead, they’re now trying to charge me additional fees with no prior warning or justification. This is unprofessional and *********. I would not recommend their service to anyone looking for honest and reliable solutions.
