terrible Service – Misleading Free Installation Offer I am extremely disappointed with Echo Optic Solutions. They initially advertised free installation with their IPS service, which was one of the main reasons I signed up. However, after installation, I started receiving threatening letters, stating that I now have to pay for the installation. This is completely unacceptable and feels like a bait-and-switch tactic. I trusted Echo Optic Solutions to deliver on their promise, but instead, they’re now trying to charge me additional fees with no prior warning or justification. This is unprofessional and *********. I would not recommend their service to anyone looking for honest and reliable solutions. Yajna Gold

terrible Service – Misleading Free Installation Offer I am extremely disappointed with Echo Optic Solutions. They initially advertised free installation with their IPS service, which was one of the main reasons I signed up. No accountability for damage to wall
This company installed my Fibre to the home last Friday,the technician drilled a hole thru the water pipe cause severe damages ,did not when appologise for the inconvenience and trauma caused never the less its been one big headache the Director of the company Brent said they would pay for all costs involved and assured it will be done promptly with no hassle nor hesitation ..2 weeks later into festive season and we still have a massive hole in the wall as Brent has indicated the quotes are to expensive. WE whom they've inconvenienced .He asked us to get quotes which we did now he says it's a complete exploitation and too expensive to repair ..the mess and damage which they caused to our home I personally will not recommend this bussiness for any installations has they cannot commit nor take responsibility or accountability to the mess and damages caused to one's property.. Now my family and I will be spending the festive season staring at a hole in the wall ...

AVOID ECHO OPTIC SOLUTIONS AND PETER WILKINSON!
Peter Wilkinson is a very rude and unprofessional man. I see from other reviews online that I am not the first person to have fallen victim to his con. Peter claims to have made an appointment to install fibre at our house that we failed to uphold. He then sent us an invoice for an amount in excess of R860.00 iro the "missed appointment". What is rather amusing is that we were not the owners of the house at the time that he claims we "missed" the appointment. We had been contacted by a person to arrange an appointment and advised them that we did not yet own the house. We were under the impression that this was Frogfoot contacting us. We have reported this incident to Frogfoot and lodged a formal complaint against Echo Optic Solutions with them. According to Peter, it is impossible for him to have sent a contractor to our property without an appointment. Really now??? is it really that impossible for human error on their part to have led to an accidental dispatch??? Is it more likely that we "missed" an appointment at a property that we did not own??? He has now threatened to blacklist us if we do not pay the fictitious invoice. As you can see, I am not the first to lodge a complaint about this company but please let me be the last. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! if they call you, do yourself a favour and HANG UP!!!

Echo Optics - No Customer Communication
Received a letter sent to my client today demanding payment for a invoice that I know nothing about, threatening to list me as Default Debtor, nobody has ever tried to call me or email/sms as they say they have, I have gone through my devices and only have correspondence from arranging the installation to be done, furthermore I never signed off their job sheet, my client did. Extremely dissapointing company to deal with...
