This company installed my Fibre to the home last Friday,the technician drilled a hole thru the water pipe cause severe damages ,did not when appologise for the inconvenience and trauma caused never the less its been one big headache the Director of the company Brent said they would pay for all costs involved and assured it will be done promptly with no hassle nor hesitation ..2 weeks later into festive season and we still have a massive hole in the wall as Brent has indicated the quotes are to expensive. WE whom they've inconvenienced .He asked us to get quotes which we did now he says it's a complete exploitation and too expensive to repair ..the mess and damage which they caused to our home I personally will not recommend this bussiness for any installations has they cannot commit nor take responsibility or accountability to the mess and damages caused to one's property.. Now my family and I will be spending the festive season staring at a hole in the wall ...
Ive been struggling to get thru to Scorpion legal now for 4days everytime I get told that a consultant will contact me I end up calling back after 2hrs everytime what is going on .What sort of bussiness is this that cannot contact their clients back and Im paying membership fees monthly .The receptionist is also non chalant how she addresses clients .Pathetic service wil be cancelling membership with immediate effect .
Good day I would like to share my bad nighmare and frustrations about a company called Debt safe a debt revue agent which ive consulted in 2017 .I then opted to pay my own debts which ive done .Now they sending me threating messages on a monthly basis saying I owe them R4600 which isnt so.So ive called on several occassions and spoken to several consultants which have told me that they do not have me listed on debt revue but as someone who has enquired about the product.How is it humanly possible for such a company not to have their facts straight yet they are demanding I pay them and yet im not listed as a client of theirs .This is absolute daylight robbery and I DEMAND that they remove me from there database immediately .You cannot force people pay for a service of consultation purposes .This is fraud on another level .I will however be taking this matter to the press /Carte Blanche .Im sure there are other members of the public having the same crisis its ridiculous .I have already escalated the matter to the Ombudsman
In march 2019 I contacted/emailed human rights cape town aswell as the commisioner mr nissen about my dissatistaction ill treatment and victimisation and booling in my current work place .I was told someone would contact me .Its august and still nothing has been done .Im starting to think that this institutions is not very compassionate or sensitive to my matter .Its costed me several emails and calls and no response .This is what our constitution thinks of us .Unacceptable ...VERY VERY BAD SERVICE
