We were called this morning by an official to verify a payment we made to purchase a property. We were told that if we do not answer all his questions he will put a hold on the account. You threaten te client?? Threats dont work for me as a client. Will be removing both our accounts, f off.
I am mentioned as a beneficiary in a will of somebody that passed away about 3 years ago. There has been no communication from them, i have been in meetings because of it, but after that again no communication. I do not know if the modus suggests that the estate must be milked till there is nothing left or if the person dealing with the estate at Legatus is handled by an *********** person, but at the end of the day the wishes of the deceased is being modified by the wishes of Legatus. Do not leave your estate to be handled by unprofessional people like this, when you are not there anymore.
Take a selfie before transacting, seriously. This does not happen at home, they wait till you are standing at a queue with a lot of people behingd you. This is an invasion of my privacy, surely another way of verification can be sufficient. The photo is out of focus, please take another, this happened to me in a queue. This is not for your security, this for tracking monitoring and tracing of civilians by your government. It is my money in my account, and what i want to spend it on, is my choice. This is the same banks that participated in state capture funds escaping the country. All measures were in place to prevent it, but the banks chose not apply them to certain individuals, so how will any other measure stop crime. It is not about crime prevention, it will aid in limiting and taking away your civil rights and freedom.
This selfie verification is invasion of my privacy. Again my rights must disappear for the "Greater Good". This is not about ***** , money laundering, transparancy or anything that will benefit the client, this is about monitoring, tracking and tracing your private space for government agendas. this information will be used against us, not for us. Stop being stupid by allowing these entities to take away your rights. There is no transparancy in this world any longer. look at your government and thier shenanigans, look at that transparancy.
I am a beneficiary of a will that was entrusted to this company. They do not communicate at all. Nothing happened to the will for four years after the client deceased. I do not think i will ever see a cent. If this is your wish, ask this company to handle your affairs. Disgusting lot.
This is one of the few companies that are still focused on customer satisfaction. What a pleasure to deal with. Professional and committed staff always trying to help.
New car sales at this place is awesome and a good experience, but the workshop is a nightmare. One of the bulbs on our vehicle was fusing continuously, they could not fix it. When you book your vehicle for a service, you get it back after two days. Same day service( for which you had to make an appointment) is non existent. This was not an anomaly, it happened to us as a business, three times now. Your vehicle stays out of production for two days. for a business especially, this is a big problem. Quite a disappointment after your wonderful experience when purchasing a new vehicle from them. You get the feeling that they have your money now, so you drop on the priority list to last place. It is a great pity that management allows one department to break down what the other one was trying to build. Just like our country, do not blame the (people)workers, it is a reflection on poor management. The client must suffer, because the screening process for management at Reeds is lacking.
We pay WCA for our employees, but no doctor wants to see them when they hear that it is an IOD. Apparently the doctors are not being paid by the fund for their services, so now they refuse to help patients with WCA cover. Why must we pay for an insurance that does not exist. Even the day clinic sent my employee away, telling him that his boss must pay a doctor, which i had to do twice already out of my pocket. My employees are being sent from one place to another to seek medical assistance whilst in pain, trying to utilize their WCA cover. So we are paying insurance, but have to pay a doctor to be assisted. Why pay insurance that you don't have. Only in South Africa!!!!!
We have a bussiness and own 7 NP200's. We bought second hand at first and then started buying new. The wheel alignment on the rear tyres cannot be fixed. At the tyre centre they tell you that your axle is bent. This is a problem even on our new vehicles. The tyre wears on the outside while the inside still looks new when you have to replace them. We will never buy Nissan again, not for our bussiness and certainly not for personal use. We are slowly replacing all our Nissans.
I am am an employer of about 30 people. Our people work on the road everyday. Every now and then we would buy vouchers for our staff so they could collect KFC from their nearest branch where they are working for the day. The staff arrives at a KFC outlet and are told that their voucher was redeemed already. We buy the voucher online, the staff receives it on their phones, goes to the closest branch and are then told the voucher has been redeemed. This is the second time this happens and will be the last, as we will never trust KFC again. Their system is faulty or simply corrupt. We have mailed them and tried to communicate with them concerning the issue. No reply was even received. This implies that this is an ongoing problem and that a lot of clients are ripped off this way. Buying a KFC voucher leaves you with a 50% chance of you actually receiving it. Stop supporting corruption, stop buying KFC. Rather go buy a snoek!!!
