A run around with my deposit refund!
Besides cracking buildings and electrical faults, they are doing a run around when it's time to pay back my deposit, inspite of giving more than a month's notice. With 3 calls and 2 emails, they told me (a week after the 14th of February, which was the day for my deposit refund), that they can't read my bank confirmation letter. On the 18th they had said the bank has a problem with making payments. Then, on the 23rd, after I made 2 calls on the day, they said they can only process my refund on the 14th of March 'cos documents were not clear! Why didn't they pick this up when the said documents were submitted, before all my calls, before the bank had a "problem", before my emails??!!!!

Eclipse Vanderbijlpark......nie bevoeg om hulle werk te doen waarvoor hulle kwoteer nie.
Pasop maar vir die kontrakteur. Praat baie, kwoteer en as die werk gedoen word is dit so skeef en krom, niemand wil sy gemors regmaak nie. Het hulle al 3 keer terug geroep.....hulle kan self nie hulle gemors reg maak nie. Kry maar van die begin af die beter mens al is die ander duurder.....

Roboguard Supplier in Vaal Triangle
On Saturday, 20/06/2015 we contact Peet (0827835322) regarding Roboguard, we urgently required better security at our residential property. He gave us the price and promised that they will come and install 2 Roboguards on Monday, 22/06/2015. After several phone calls they sent a trainee to install the roboguards, without proper supervision of someone who knows the system. After he left we noticed that the installation was not working properly as it should be. We called immediately to report the problem and they promised to sent someone early on Tuesday, 23/06/2015. We need to call several times before they actually pitched, another sign of bad after sales service. On Saturday, 18/07/2015 I called Peet to report a problem on the Roboguard, \Status"flashed red. He told me to fix it myself"
