Good day, on Friday, 13 September 2019 a driver from Bolt with name "Joseph", Registration Nr CN 88 MK GP, KIA Rio came to pick up PS4 for a client who requested as he bought it from us, apparently the payment did not come through for the PS4 as I think that the buyer and driver were working together. We gave the PS4 to the Bolt driver as we trusted the buyer and then the driver disappeared with the PS4 worth R8000. After several calls on Saturday, 14/09/2019 he said that the Tyrone guy requested him to pick up the PS4 did not pay him but he still have the PS4 with him and will bring it back for us if we pay him R600 via ABSA Cashsend. We've never used cashsend don't know the process. Apparently he stole the R600 as well as the PS4 which he said he will sell for R1200 if we don't pay the R600 so he can come deliver for us. I feel that Bolt should take responsibility for their driver. I have communication on messenger from Bolt as they responded as proof as well as I gave them the SAP Case Number. I suggest the public to never ever in their live make use of any Bolt driver, they are not trustworthy. I lost in total R8600.
On Saturday, 20/06/2015 we contact Peet (0827835322) regarding Roboguard, we urgently required better security at our residential property. He gave us the price and promised that they will come and install 2 Roboguards on Monday, 22/06/2015. After several phone calls they sent a trainee to install the roboguards, without proper supervision of someone who knows the system. After he left we noticed that the installation was not working properly as it should be. We called immediately to report the problem and they promised to sent someone early on Tuesday, 23/06/2015. We need to call several times before they actually pitched, another sign of bad after sales service. On Saturday, 18/07/2015 I called Peet to report a problem on the Roboguard, \Status"flashed red. He told me to fix it myself"
