Eco Rubber - No back-up service
I had a chromo deck roof of a Parker Home sprayed with white Eco Insulate. This would reduce the heat within the Parker Home on those hot sunny days and also would keep the warmth within during the cold winter months. On inspection in December, I noticed black ball like markings on the roof surface. I tried contacting the agent with great difficulty, who applied the rubber coating. Eventually he contacted me in January and advised me he was no longer an agent for Eco Rubber. I then contact the branch in Port Elizabeth and the lady advised me to contact Leo Penny the closest agent who is based in Plettenburg Bay. When I contacted him, he told me to take photos and a video and send it to him via WhatsApp which I did with great difficulty as I had to climb onto the roof at my age. He took over a week to reply after I contacted him again and he advised me that the roof must be in the shade. I told him that the roof is in full sun and I requested what can be done to remove the marks. It is over a week once again and I still have not received a response from him.

Shaun Van Der Walt - Pixley Eco Rubber
had the worst experience with Shaun Van der Walt from Pixley Eco Rubber, i truly believe that the Eco Rubber product is tried and trusted but the reps are in different areas are damaging the name of Eco Rubber. a very poor church in the De Aar area, had problems with the church building roof, they gathered the money and pay more than R100 000 to Shaun Van Der Walt to repair the roof. Shaun confirmed that there was a guarantee on the roof after he worked on it, but ever since Shaun was there the leaks got worse. he was called back a few times but the leaks did not stop. we have contacted the Eco Rubber head offices, they just replied an email stating Shaun`s version, we tried contacting him but he did not answer his phone nor return any emails. one of his workers that he chased away from one of his sites, confirmed that the he diluted the product that he put on the church`s roof therefore it is of poor quality.
