Eco Signage Randburg Delivery Service Fail

I had a terrible experience with the delivery service from this company. Despite explicitly asking the driver to call upon arrival at the gate, the first driver claimed he got lost.

The company refused to provide the driver's number for assistance and simply rescheduled for the next day. We provided clear delivery instructions and reiterated the need for a call at the gate.

The second time, the driver arrived, spoke to someone nearby, and left without calling as requested. The company blamed us for the issue and refused to complete the delivery. I would definitely not recommend their service. Zero stars for service delivery. In the end we had to get a refund.
