Please do your research before buying from them. They use sneaky tacking to lie about item prices and people still fall for it. They list 'high ticket' items and give buyers a short amount of time to bid in order for people to not vet the claimed 'retail price'. They recently posted a set of 6 Anglo Boer war coins 1899-1902 and claimed it retailed for 16999 from Rand coin. I googled it immediately and found it on Rand coins website for R2100. After warning their community and leaving the group, they sent me personal attacking messages , not showing evidence of the item being R16 999 and then proceeded to block me.

Bought gel batteries and an inverter from them about 9 months ago. The batteries havent worked properly for about 2 months now. They say it comes with a 3 year guarantee but throw the consumer act in your face and that thr batteries need to be in their original boxes, which was more damaged than not when we received it in the first place. So obviously the boxes were chucked. What do they need boxes for amyway if the batteries dont work? 2 x 200ah batteries that never ran under 75%, it drew 300w at a time at most, but they still refuse. They are *******, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I bought 4 Gel Solar Batteries from Ecomm Auctions in Rustenburg. During the first month of usage in my house the batteries started to give problems. They ran down much faster than what the batteries were supposed to supply backup power during load shedding. The Solar company who connected the batteries and who set up the inverter tested the batteries and informed me that they were unserviceable. The company from who I bought the batteries, Ecomm Auctions in Rustenburg had many problems requesting installation certificates, inverter settings and al sorts of photos depicting the settings of the inverter. I supp**** all the necessary and requested certificates and photos of the inverter. EComm Auctions collected the batteries. After many requests and reminders to reimburse me for the 4 batteries which cost R6600, they eventually returned my calls and reminders, stating that I did something to the batteries. Which is impossible as the batteries were installed and connected by a certified Solar installer. There was something internally wrong with the batteries because they eventually just did not take any charging anymore. Ecomm Auctions do not honor the warranties and guarantees of the products that they sell to the public. Please be very careful when buying any products from EComm Auctions Pty Ltd. because my experience with them is that they do not back the warranties and guarantees of the products that they sell.
