Got my tracker installed a few months ago. All went well. Then i needed it removed and installed in my new vehicle. Needless to say its about a month later with no success, and Cartrack just keeps debiting my account for services they havent provided for nearly a month now. They keep deducting the de and re installation fee but the unit is still in my old car. I contacted them and said if my unit isnt installed and reinstalled in the next few days they must cancel my contract and stop any deductions as they are in breach of contract because they cant provide me for the service ive been paying for. Needless to say once again, ive not heard anything from them, they tried deducting off my account twice already for the de and re installation and my emails also go unanswered.

<div>Still dont think they had the intent of selling me an absolute piece of ****, but the point remains that they never inspected the vehicle properly and the roadworthy seems manipulated. When I got the vehicle roadworthied myself, roadworthy relevant issues popped up. So Ray took the car back to get the trailing arm bushes repaired... I didnt have the car for about 3 days... Got it back and was told its repaired. Guess what? Dekra report soon after stated that trailing arm bushes were still worn and needed replacing, so this alone made me question everything I was told. My fault for trusting the guy, but so you learn. He has every excuse in the book. So be it. I guess you get different service when a business is booming and once they start struggling.. I wont recommend anyone to use this business at the moment, especially not if you buy older vehicles from them.</div>
I have business insurance with outsurance. contacted them about adding a work vehicle on insurance. quoted me over R1200 for the car, where miway quoted me R400 for exactly the same insurance. Im also going to move my business insurance to miway as soon as its convenient. You guys are crooks..

So aparantly this website has a no refund policy on bookings, even when canceling with ample notice and with good reason. Pathetic to say the least. Wont use them again and wont recommend them or their partners ie Playmoregolf.co.za to anyone ever again.
So here I am complaining about these useless bunch of oxygen thieves again. I have not had a pleasant experience since signing up with this super suck ISP. So after my complaints on the PREVIOUS posts also here on hellopeter, I was just randomly cut off on the 2nd of November and a second line was created somehow. So now I have an active 20mb line which was cancelled long ago and an inactive 100mb line which you guys decided to suspend on 2 November, for some unknown reason. No one can figure out whats happening on my account, and I am sick and FFFFFFFFFFFFFF tired of spending between 30 and 90 minutes on the phone with your useless customer support and so called know nothing tech departement. They somehow sorted my line out again a week ago but since then ive only been on a 50mb line. Called them this morning, and they say no i cant be on a 50mb line im on a 20mb line, and the more i try to explain im suppose to be on a 100mb line, that the 20mb line was cancelled, the more they tell me they have to lock ANOTHER TICKET!!!! I have a million FFFFFFFFFFFFFF tickets logged already, how FFFFFFFFFFFFF difficult can it be to just sort my FFFFFFFFFF line out!!!!!!!!!!!!! Im cancelling with supersonic and moving over to Axxess, and dont even dare ask me for a cancellation fee because you can FFFFFFFFFFFFF right off!!!! Bottom line, DO NOT USE OR THINK ABOUT USING SUPERSONIC, you will have heart problems after dealing with the incompitent fools working for this place.
