This company booking airline passage is not trustworthy. I paid eventually about R900 more for a domestic flight than I would hav epaid had I booked directly with the Aitline. An now they keep on deducting R1299 for I dont now what as I never agreed to pay an additional fee. When you call them their standard asnwer is that they do not refund payments. I reported this unauthorised deduction from my bank account and they suggested that it might be a *****ulant claim on my account. Please don't use this agency as I feel that they are not to be appointed as a flight booking agent.
I bought 4 Gel Solar Batteries from Ecomm Auctions in Rustenburg. During the first month of usage in my house the batteries started to give problems. They ran down much faster than what the batteries were supposed to supply backup power during load shedding. The Solar company who connected the batteries and who set up the inverter tested the batteries and informed me that they were unserviceable. The company from who I bought the batteries, Ecomm Auctions in Rustenburg had many problems requesting installation certificates, inverter settings and al sorts of photos depicting the settings of the inverter. I supp**** all the necessary and requested certificates and photos of the inverter. EComm Auctions collected the batteries. After many requests and reminders to reimburse me for the 4 batteries which cost R6600, they eventually returned my calls and reminders, stating that I did something to the batteries. Which is impossible as the batteries were installed and connected by a certified Solar installer. There was something internally wrong with the batteries because they eventually just did not take any charging anymore. Ecomm Auctions do not honor the warranties and guarantees of the products that they sell to the public. Please be very careful when buying any products from EComm Auctions Pty Ltd. because my experience with them is that they do not back the warranties and guarantees of the products that they sell.
No customer care. Do not keep promises. Do not call back.
Most worst service of any bank in South Africa. I tried to call them for three days running. The service centre answer and that is how far you get. The service staff can't help and when you ask for the supervisor of manager they let you wait until they eventually cut the call. Every time they promised that the relevant department would call me back but nobody ever calls back. I spoke to 4 persons at the service center but nobody is willing to patch you through to the manager because they, themselves are not able to help you. Don't even try. The bank's complaint escalation service also does not work either. Nowhere can one get the head office telephone number so that one can speak to somebody more senior that the service staff. This bank should go back to basics and learn what service is. I wonder what Mr Motsepe would say if he knows about this non-existant service. Johan Joubert
