Econo Windows

Sorry the problem is still not solved, the frames are still under guaranty. The owner of Econo Windows, Mr Richardson came to view. He wants to replace certain parts of the aluminium and butcher them together on my balcony. His technician was here previously and told me that they have to make complete new frames and doors. I am very disappointed
