Sorry the problem is still not solved, the frames are still under guaranty. The owner of Econo Windows, Mr Richardson came to view. He wants to replace certain parts of the aluminium and butcher them together on my balcony. His technician was here previously and told me that they have to make complete new frames and doors. I am very disappointed

Very poor window sliding doors - Aluminum corroding - extremely bad workmanship
Econo Windows Cape Town has installed 3 sets of sliding windows. I have been extremely unhappy with them from the start. The glass is vibrating in the wind and they are difficult to slide. The representative was here to install new rollers and paint the frame. The paint of course did not last and the movability did also not last. Now a couple of years down the line, the aluminum frames are corroding and the coating is bubbling . I have been in contact with the company non stop since January this year, nothing has been done. I expect a decent replacement and reliablity in fixing this problem once and for all. I will not except another shabby quick fix.

Poor Service, delayed response to e-mails and phone calls. Poor service when asking for quote on new installation and no response on request to do work on a stacked door they had installed. Will no be referring anyone to Yuma or Denzil at Econo Window

Mail slot cover rusting and Econo Window just don't care
I had my porch enclosed by Econo Window in 2015. They installed a mail slot and cover in the aluminium door. The cover is starting to rust and rot away. I contacted them via email, phone, website. Eventually Malcolm called full of promises to remove the cover and send it away for repairs. This was over 3 weeks ago with me reaching out to them again and again. Nothing has been done yet and they just dont respond or call back. I am very disappointed in this company and wont be doing business with them again.

Bad Experience
<p>Paid our deposit for Econo window services October 2016, job scheduled for 28th November 2016, this job came to “completion” on 23 April 2017. It has been frustrating, much time wasted accommodating this company, only management input was constant excuses, and a very poor end result. I cannot recommend this company on any level</p> <p> </p>
