No words can describe the gratitude we feel as a family towards B3 Funerals soweto. They treated us like royalty in our time of grief. From the time we first consulted with them until the very end of our journey with them. They displayed such love, empathy, understanding, professionalism. Talk about going a thousand extra miles. That's what the whole team does. Seipati Tshabalala put us at ease, treated us with respect, put her whole heart into serving us, did her utmost best, followed up, patiently reminded us of things, actually carried us. We can't stop talking about her because that's how she impacted us with her excellence. We are amazed at the level of professionalism, love and care that B3 staff extends to its clients. The drivers of the family cars, the cemetery setup, the order they bring to the funeral, the beauty and dignity. Worth every Rand we paid. This hidden gem in Kensington is a true pleasure. What a nice place. Beautiful spacious rooms. Friendly, accommodating, helpful staff. Ample security. We had such a great time. The treatment from the staff made all the difference. We were so welcome and so free. Thank you so much to all the staff.

Dean Barnard from Dis-chem pharmacy at K90 Retail Park store is the most patient and understanding pharmacist I've ever come across. On Monday, 21 November, he helped us with such care and patience as we struggled to forward the doctors prescription to the Dis-chem email and whatsapp line. He kept going back to check and never once became impatient with us. Proper, respectful, accommodating customer service from the ever so humble and friendly guy. His kindness really gave us comfort because we were going through our own issues and not having such a great day. Very Much appreciated. Thank you so much.
