I have had the absolute worst service from outsurance.!! My geyser burst and a claim was put in immediately. A day later I still haven't had a response from any plumbers. Outsurance used to be very efficient but they have gone way down in my books. Very disappointed in their service!!!!!
I would like to say that everything went smoothly with Travelstart after getting through to customer service. This was challenging as I don't have a landline and a slow response from my emails. My money was refunded quickly and I booked a new ticket with them. The prices were much better than their competitors and will use them again. Thank you
Telkom is an arrogant unreliable company and their service is really disgusting. If I could I would give them a - 10. The Internet went down on the 24th December at around 6. 30pm. Logged a fault with them but had no response. Still down 3 days later on the 26th December at 6pm. Have tried calling, used the chat on the Telkom app and was not once offered an apology and there pathetic response was that they could not give any time or date it would be fixed. Couldn't tell me if a technician was working on or been allocated. This is not the first time, it's been happening monthly. I am so fed up with their lack of service treatment and unprofessionalism. Their technical support is only open Mondays to Fridays 8 am till 5 pm. No after hours assistance. What bull****. Tomorrow I am going to look for another service provider and tell telkom to go to hellkom. MY ADVICE WOULD BE TO GIVE TELKOM A WIDE BERTH, THEY ARE USELESS!
Telkom Internet is the worst service ever. Do not use them they are total ****. My Internet goes off regularly and today I spent 2 hours trying to get through to them eventually got through to technical support and the person was useless. There support leaves at 4.30pm and only start again at 8am. Never had such awful service. Keep away from them.
After seeing the battery replacement offer for R199. https://consumer.huawei.com/za/support/battery-service/ I drove all the way to Tygervalley Huwaei service shop an hour an a half drive from my house, to be told that firstly they don't have the battery (P10) and then If Icould leave it with them for 2 weeks so they book it in and order the battery. There is no way I could leave my phone for 1 day let alone 2 weeks. I called the customer service twice and was told that they would look into it and get back to me. This never happened. Why advertise an offer that cant be upholded. This is absolutely disgraceful and bad service and I certainly wont ever buy anything from Huwaei again. No respect or care for their customers,
Telkom is a useless ripoff company. We pay for 10mbps and most times we only get 1 mbps if we are lucky. As soon as we have fibre optic in our area we are getting off Telkom's awful service!!!!
I contacted onCallSA with regards to having grouting done and organised and paid a deposit for the work. The job was subcontracted to Absolute Plumbers who were supposed to arrive at a specific time and date. They did not adhere to this and after endless calls and excuses they arrived a day later. I am not happy with the work done and have called numerous times to resolve this. The company keep saying they will get back to me. This has not happened.
Absolute plumbers were subcontracted to re-grout my bathroom and the service and work was very unprofessional. After booking them in for a certain day at a specific time, they didn't arrive. I made endless calls and had numerous excuses from them. The job was then re-scheduled for the following day at 8.30am. The work men only arrived at around 11.30am. (They had to catch the train from Claremont to Simon's Town). The job was finally done. I was quoted for having the shower floor re-grouted, but while the grouters were there they grouted areas on the walls. The grout on the floor was a grey and the walls off white. It does not look good. I admit I said to the guys it would be good if they could do parts of the wall. But if they are supposedly professional they would have told me it would have been a different colour. I was told the grout would lighten which it hasn't. I have communicated this to OnCall CTM on numerous occassions and have had no response. They are not interested. Stay away from this company!!!
Shocking service from Momentum Health. I have called client services numerous times to resolve an issue with my medical aid. Due to the criminal increases Momentum add every year, l am having to change my medical plan. I have called everyday and no one can resolve my issue. They just don't care. Useless money grabbing company
My Telkom service is utter ****. I was offered a 10mbps speed a few months ago and my internet is painfully slow. Did a speed test and I am getting speeds of 0.05 to 0.5mbps. My internet was better 2 years ago on dial up. Come on Telkom you can do better stop ripping customers off with your terrible service!!!!!
