Great Service from FNB in Longbeach Mall
We joined a very long queue at FNB at Longbeach Mall (Noordhoek) this morning. The Covid Officer went down the queue and helped every customer and was assisted on occasion by a manager. They were so helpful, patient, and polite. Thank you FNB for your excellent service!

Swift Couriers are swift and efficient
Swift Couriers lived up to their name (SWIFT). I had never used the company before. The friendly office staff gave me a swift quote, the friendly Swift team picked up the parcel within an hour, and the parcel was road freighted (Cape Town to Durban) and delivered within 3 days (and the large, fragile parcel was in perfect condition).

DontQ 5-star service
Truly amazing service! I got an immediate response to my first email query (from Mirriam at DontQ). I then sent in an application to DontQ for a copy of a birth certificate the following day. Within one week, I received an SMS from Home Affairs to say that the certificate was ready. And the certificate was at the DontQ offices for collection within another 3 days. So, in total, from application to receipt of the birth certificate was about (a record) one and a half weeks.
