I paid on 5 December. On the 6th, I received a whatsapp requesting R 180 for shipping which I paid. Please note their website says free shipping. To date I've had zero communication updating me about my order status. In summary: 1. Negligent (showing a careless lack of attention) 2. *********** (lacking the skill or ability to do the job) 3. Unresponsive (failing to reply or act) 4. Inefficient (wasting time and resources) 5. Dismissive (treating your concern as unimportant)
I was assisted by Nicalen. He assisted me in a friendly and professional way. Due to his speedy assistance, my geyser issue was resolved the same day. May I mention that this is the first time that I've experienced such a smooth and seamless claim process.
There is common thread about the customer service of Optivest - pitiful, disastrous, poor etc. The consultant Brunique Hendricks was very enthusiastic to get me on board. Once I signed up, is when their incompetencies reared it's ugly head. 1. Omitted important info about late joiner penalties 2. Not responding to emails because she took leave 3. Deducting gap cover ahead of the date requested. When I asked for a refund, of the Jan payment the policy was cancelled in its entirety. I have to arrange my own gap cover now. 4. Not cancelling the medical aid that I was transferring from. If I didn't make enquiries I would have been double billed 5. Not arranging payment to come off for the new medical aid from 1 March. If I didn't contact the new med aid myself, I would have been none the wiser. I now have to make a manual payment and the debit order will go off from 1 April. I would have been without cover if I didn't make enquiries The above is just the tip of the iceberg of what I experienced. When I cancelled Medexpert, they stopped communicating with me. Not even the manager, Sheila ****rell bothered to reach out to me when I reported further errors via email. I am removing them as my broker and I would not recommend them to friends and family. They not even worthy of 1 star, that's how bad they are.
Do not buy online from HiFi Corp. If the product is faulty, they will give you grief. They will make it your problem to take the item to your nearest branch for a refund. No one knows the refund policy. The agents I spoke to has poor knowledge of their policies and products. The customer care is non existent. You are passed from pillar to post without be told you are redirected.
Stay away. The OneCart service is extremely bad. Their service went down hill fast. Lately their deliveries are always delayed. My order that was due between 12 and 13h today will only be delivered tomorrow. I am uninstalling their app.
I had my porch enclosed by Econo Window in 2015. They installed a mail slot and cover in the aluminium door. The cover is starting to rust and rot away. I contacted them via email, phone, website. Eventually Malcolm called full of promises to remove the cover and send it away for repairs. This was over 3 weeks ago with me reaching out to them again and again. Nothing has been done yet and they just dont respond or call back. I am very disappointed in this company and wont be doing business with them again.
