Rifund for a car rental

We have done booking using this company and the amount that was on the list change to US dollar and we picked it up after the payment was done, and we mistakenly put the incorrect dates we choose March instead of February now we requesting the refund as per police they no where to be found they automated email we can't get hold of they and they don't have direct line in SA when you google you find the foreign numbers
