Bad customer service
Bad customer service from sale to customer service one they mislead me and they not taking their monthly fee and they suspended my account customer service people there they don't understand well English they struggle to assist.

Rifund for a car rental
We have done booking using this company and the amount that was on the list change to US dollar and we picked it up after the payment was done, and we mistakenly put the incorrect dates we choose March instead of February now we requesting the refund as per police they no where to be found they automated email we can't get hold of they and they don't have direct line in SA when you google you find the foreign numbers

Misleading information from the consultant from Absa
I find my self begging Absa for a refund for R2500, 00 fot the police I never agreed on and I have to keep phoning for one and the same thing I'm sounding like a broken record now why the banks they resist when you need to pay your money back, I can't take a 2,5k life insurance for the house valued for R790k the consultant say it will be about R500 surprisingly the deducted R2500 I never signed any form of agreement and now it's a straggle to refund my fund back🤔

My car was in a accident I went over a traffic cycle on the 27th November 2022 and the approved 3 days before the body shop panel beaters closed and the rental car it's been recall I'm left we no car during December I can even move I need to Uber around
The customer service we received is unacceptable you communicate with the customer service consultants under frustration and they don't come back to you and you need to do the follow up all the time only you received I'm sorry we apologize

Bad Attitude
I went to Spar Tops this afternoon to buy to loose of cigarette having R50 on my had they refuse to sell it to me they say they don't have change, i ask what must i do they say i must go and get myself a change that was Brain word who worked there i ask whose responsibility to do so i told him i will report this matter they lough at me in front of the customers. and then i ask the Manager his name is Willy he couldn't' help me to because i said i will put a complain and he advice me to carry on and do so.I was not trying to be funny i use that Spar cose is next to where i work but i take a decision of not going there ever they don't care about there customers .
