ABSOLUTELY Useless and ********* insurance broker

Never in my life have I ever come across a more useless insurance company.

You try claim for a leaking pipe within a WALL and we get told they cannot assist as this is a “MOVING PART”

How the actual F does a pipe built into a wall move?!?!?!?

Now yet another pipe issue (burst within a wall again) and we get told they will only cover up to R5k of this…. Wtaf!?!?!?!

Ps the house is +-80 years old, what do they expect ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to go wrong?!?!?!

Fing hell no matter how well you look after a house pipes burst, geysers burst, heavy winds hit, roofs leak.
