Econorisk - poor client support and care

I cannot review without giving a star - however there is NO STAR for this company! Terrible service and client support!!!!!! Here is the email I have just sent to cancel the policy held with them for vehicle and household goods: The *** policy with *** for vehicles and household is cancelled as of 01 May 2021. Reason: the service from Econorisk is appallingly bad.

Aside from that, another insurance company has provided a much more competitive quote - and is also a company I have had the most professional service from in the past.

I am going to be posting a comment on Hello Peter re the tardy and inefficient service from Econorisk, especially the repeated failure to reply to email enquiries about matters that the client always has to then follow up on after not receiving any replies or responses from the company.
