When trying to get info on a third party claims that I have been waiting for Mametsi send the underwriter the incorrect information, the underwriter has been willing to pay the claim for over a week but because Mametsi sent the incorrect information through they are unable to pay. When I contacted Mametsi, she was telling a long story about what had happened and kept asking me to listen to her. When I got upset due to pure frustration she refused to listen to me and finally said she would contact the client to get the correct info, which is all that i wanted from her.

Brilliant and hassle-free service from Econorisk. They absolutely understand the needs of 21st century customers who don't understand the ins and outs of vehicles, but need to get around when something goes wrong.

I want to commend Mariaan Jackson and Maxine Johnson for going above and beyond the call of duty to assist me on a Saturday (after business hours) to finalize my insurance confirmation that I needed to take ownership of my new car. The service was exceptional. You guys are the most awesome brokers ever. With this type of excellent service, I have no doubt that Econorisk will grow from strength to strength. Thank you for making my birthday a memorable one. Words cannot truly reflect my gratitude for your exceptional service.

I cannot review without giving a star - however there is NO STAR for this company! Terrible service and client support!!!!!! Here is the email I have just sent to cancel the policy held with them for vehicle and household goods: The *** policy with *** for vehicles and household is cancelled as of 01 May 2021. Reason: the service from Econorisk is appallingly bad. Aside from that, another insurance company has provided a much more competitive quote - and is also a company I have had the most professional service from in the past. I am going to be posting a comment on Hello Peter re the tardy and inefficient service from Econorisk, especially the repeated failure to reply to email enquiries about matters that the client always has to then follow up on after not receiving any replies or responses from the company.

Excellent service from the call centre. All processes where clearly explained. A special mention to Luan Strydom. He was super helpful and it was a pleasure experiencing his wonderful customer service. Thank you for easing the stress experienced after an unfortunate car accident.

One day we hear an explosion across from my vehicle dealership. Then Rocks rain down onto my vehicles the size of Tennis ***** and 500ml coke bottles. If any one was hit by these debris it would have definitely have ****ed them. But luckily no one was outside. But it did hit six of my vehicles. This happened 12 September 2017 The Blaster pro's was blasting rocks for a estate building site contracted by Lonerock. They came over to asses the damage and told us that the insurance company will be contacting us. They never did, I then contacted Siboniso Khumalo from Lonerock he then sent an email to Econorisk. Martie Smith sent me the claim forms. i filled them is and got a quote from a supplier and sent it through. that was 19 September 2017. It is now 29 November 2017. and i just got off the phone with Michael Smit. He informed me the claim has been closed. How can you close a cliam if it has not been paid out. Unprofessional and just damn lazy. Don't use this company. You will never get anything done with them. I also see that they do not reply to complaints. I will be emailing the Director or Ceo of Econorisk, Lonerock and The blaster Pro's with a link to this complaint. lets see if they will take action. If my issue is resolved i will change this to 5 stars. The Photo Attached is just one of the damage caused. Cliam no:10/2015/9998/2

<p>My husband's car was written off in 1 July 2017.</p> <p>Tiaan Diederichs was able to assist at 3:00 in the morning with details about how I go about the accident, having the vehicle towed, claiming from the insurance, etc.</p> <p> </p> <p>The lady who helped me with the claim was Juanita Brits. She was always friendly and ready to help, and communicated excellently, keeping us on track with what is happening.</p> <p>Thank you for making such an unfortunate event easy to manage!</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>

<p>i have a very bad service from this insurance company.I used to be a client of their's but changed 2 months ago.but before i changed a had a claim that i did to my business.</p> <p>In August 2016 i had a burst geyser i put my claim in asked the insurances to send someone out which they did and they fixed the geyser and damages no problem.</p> <p>6 weeks later the same they replace starts to leak again i notified the insurances,the contractor that came out to fic the geyser took 2 days to come take a look at the problem as he was responsible and must give guarantees on the job they do.He arrives 2 hours late when he told me he would be at my place at 8am his excuss traffic from soweto!!!then he just looks send a message to insurance to say its wear and tear on the pipes of solar.Again lame excuse solar panels were fitted last year and i have a guarantee of 20 years.</p> <p>i didnt except this excuss.then the assesor send a report with the exact same words as contactor but hello he never came out to assess the problem.</p> <p>So in the interim i demanded a new assessor to come out and see the damages.with all this going on and waiting the geyser continues to leak and gets worse and my ceilings got wet damges calpsed water running down the walls cupboards airconditioner.</p> <p>The new assesor came out took a look at the problem sent out a new contractor to come see the extent of damages and send report to insurances.</p> <p>That took 2 weeks to get report eventually it was send to the insurances so they had to get authorisation from Zurich whom econorisk insured me with.</p> <p>Every single day i keep emailing them on whats going on and they keep telling me that they waiting for reply.</p> <p> </p> <p>Now how the hell can you wait 1 montha nd half for insurances to get authorisationand approve the repairs that need to be done.And in the mean time i have the geyser still leaking and im going to get a sky high water water!Who will pay for that Bill and costs.</p> <p>I have all the emails writing between myself and them and still nothing has been done.</p> <p>The damages are getting worse by the day and they just point blank ignoring my requests.</p> <p>So what do i do?????????</p>
