Terrible service from sales representatives
I purchased a 2015 Fiat 500 on 31 August 2017 from Arnold Chatz Constantia. I was promised that a spare key would be ordered in October. I have contacted the sales consultant who replaced the initial salesman who soldy car to me three times, each time with a promise that he will respond, but he doesn't. I left numerous messages for the DP, Barret, to contact me and e-mailed him, but to no avail. It has been almost a year and I am still without a spare key for my vehicle.

Friendly and Fast
<p>My husband's car was written off in 1 July 2017.</p> <p>Tiaan Diederichs was able to assist at 3:00 in the morning with details about how I go about the accident, having the vehicle towed, claiming from the insurance, etc.</p> <p> </p> <p>The lady who helped me with the claim was Juanita Brits. She was always friendly and ready to help, and communicated excellently, keeping us on track with what is happening.</p> <p>Thank you for making such an unfortunate event easy to manage!</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
