When trying to get info on a third party claims that I have been waiting for Mametsi send the underwriter the incorrect information, the underwriter has been willing to pay the claim for over a week but because Mametsi sent the incorrect information through they are unable to pay. When I contacted Mametsi, she was telling a long story about what had happened and kept asking me to listen to her. When I got upset due to pure frustration she refused to listen to me and finally said she would contact the client to get the correct info, which is all that i wanted from her.
After a month I finally received feedback that my package was destroyed by customs ???? no reason why. Now Buffalo does not reply or even advise how i can get a refund on the customs duties paid to them.
Our vehicle has been with them for almost 6 weeks due to them causing electrical damage during a repair to the doors. They never reply to email and if you call them they are always unavailable. They caused the electrical damage but originally wanted to try and claim the costs from my insurance for their mistake. Now we are still waiting and we have no timeline or any feedback on parts that were supposed to have been ordered a week ago in order for the vehicle to go to a auto electrician to fix their mistake.
We have been without a vehicle for going on 6 weeks now after sending it for repair at their service provider who caused electrical damage to the vehicle. They have not contacted us to help or the service provider to try and get any timelines for us and we have been let to continuously call and get ignored by the service provider. Numerous emails sent to Discovery have just been rep**** to with the same lies that the service provider is providing but with no info on how they are going to help us or get this sorted.
Bought shoes at a different store and pick n pay kloof refuse outright to exchange or return the shoes because they don't have the. In stock. They expect me to drive all the way back to the original store. Manager Traven refused to call the owner of the store and even the client care line says that how they work. I read their entire returns policy online and nowhere does it say that items need to be returned to the same store, I asked them to send me the return policy where it says that and they don't have one. I'm pretty sure this goes against the consumer protection act.
