It's unacceptable that there's no way to checkout without contacting the helpline- there is no reliable online help (the helpline only operates during office hours). And queries are sent to an email address that takes 48 hours for a response. Even home affairs offers better support
Brilliant and hassle-free service from Econorisk. They absolutely understand the needs of 21st century customers who don't understand the ins and outs of vehicles, but need to get around when something goes wrong.
Fantastic experience dealing with Kondylis Motors. My insurance referred my paint job to them and I was super impressed with their professionalism. I'm not very mechanically inclined and just wanted a company that would take charge and deliver. Their communication, by means of an interactive online form, was also top-notch. Highly recommended for a pain-free experience.
An absolute ripoff. Traficc sells you a fancy insurance policy to help keep your car dent and scratch free. But what they don't tell you is that there is no way in hell the sponsored amount will ever cover the actual work that needs to be done. I've made a single claim for a minute scratch on my car. The quote was double what the insurance would pay. Imagine a normal sized dent and scratch! Save your money and rather make sure you have proper car insurance.
Fantastic online service. Sent back a faulty drive which turned out I had bought through another online company. But they still returned it to the supplier and communicated all details with me. So impressed. Big round of applause!
NetFlorist clearly doesn't understand how business works. Pointless creating a good service if your backend is terrible. You simply CAN NOT UNSUBSCRIBE FROM THEIR MAILING LISTS. I have tried 7 times thus far just to receive another email the following day. I've reported it to their customer service. Zero effect. They need to address this. And they need to be exposed for this illegal harassment.
I dislike having to write a bad review- but people need to be warned. My initial interaction with them was fine. They came out, made an assessment, and regassed my fridge. As soon as they left, the thermostat packed up. The fridge wouldn't switch off. They had to get the part from KIC and came back to repair. Since then, the fridge has never switched off and I've had zero communication from them. No response to any of my messages.
