I have a VOIP account with the service provider ECOTEL. I am unable to access/login to my account. I receive email from them to inform me that my account is in arrears. After doing an EFT ( for more than the required amount ) and sending them proof of payment, I still get the same mail after three days and my service is still not on. My various emails to "sales", "accounts", hello" and "support" go unanswered. Two "Tickets" ( in addition to the emails ) created on their website to ask for assistance are ignored. Their telephone number given on their website ( ********** 00 ) rings until it automatically cuts out without any human or recorded response. After at least five email messages and numerous attempts to phone them, I am still unable to reach anyone at ECOTEL .
