Buffalo International Logistics in Kempton Park claims that they delivered my parcel - I did not receive the parcel and they do not have my signature for receipt. How does one deal with such an organisation who is so blatantly ********* ?
I ordered goods from TEMU in China on 02 July 2025. It took just ten days for the parcel to be handed to Buffalo in Johannesburg on 12 July 2025. By 23 July 2025 my parcel has not been delivered by Buffalo. Tracking indicated that the parcel was received in Cape Town on 14 July 2025 and was" out for delivery " on 15 July 2025. By 23 July 2025 I have not received the parcel. Ten days from being ordered to Johannesburg and after another ten day is South Africa it has not been delivered !!
Clicks management should learn about customer service. Buying online and the order does materialize, one cannot contact Clicks. Their BOT does not work, email is returned as undelivered and their help line is more frustration than help. Small wonder that SA customers resort to platforms like TEMU and the like
Order 250623-001-0237 No delivery of order. Attempting to contact Clicks is hopeless. Attempting to chat with the BOT, does not work - it only asks for my name and then nothing happens. To do online shopping with Clicks is a pain rather than a pleasure. Why is it so difficult to contact Clicks ? Are they ashamed of their service ?
Parcel CHD0000796155 is not delivered. Tracking shows we are not at home. We are home and available. We received two deliveries from Takealot as well as Fastway in the same period. What an hopeless and helpless service.
I ordered TEN bottles of Bwell canola oil. I received FOUR bottles. To report the short delivery is almost impossible. To find a contact number or email is also almost impossible. When I I found a contact number on Google ( not Takealot ) the assistant could not understand what my problem was. As a response, Takealot sent me an email to which I must reply to explain my problem. There is no " Reply " choice on the email only a " Forward ". Why must I as the customer be subjected to Takealot's inefficiency ?
Postnet seems to be competing with the SA Post Office to see who is worse at providing a service. My parcel was submitted on 30 November 2023 at Ridgeway Gardens ( Johannesburg ) and at 14:20 on 08 December I have not yet received an SMS from Postnet that the item is ready for collection. Email messages to Postnet head office as well as the local branch in Herm**** go unanswered. According to their tracking site, the item is travelling back and forth between Stellenbosch and Herm****.
Pick and Pay Online offer a product at a specific price but at checkout the price is inflated. I receive a promo code from Pick and Pay via email but when I enter the code ( same day as the email ) I get the message " Invalid code ". I get no response to my mail sent to them and their Whatsapp contact is rather useless. How can one trust such a business ?
Recently when Courier It failed to deliver my Takealot order after seven working days, ITT was giving the order and delivered it within 24 hours ! THANK YOU ITT !!
Courierit had to deliver my order from Takealot on 10 August 2022. It is now 16 August 2022 and all I have are excuses. NO DELIVERY ! POOR, POOR SERVICE
