My initial review of lack of service by ECOTEL ( 02 NOVEMBER 2018 ), was ( and still is ) followed by silence by ECOTEL. This business either does not care about customer service or maybe it closed down ? If it still exists and Listin Gumbi wants to expand this business, urgent attention should be given to the total lack of customer service.

I have a VOIP account with the service provider ECOTEL. I am unable to access/login to my account. I receive email from them to inform me that my account is in arrears. After doing an EFT ( for more than the required amount ) and sending them proof of payment, I still get the same mail after three days and my service is still not on. My various emails to "sales", "accounts", hello" and "support" go unanswered. Two "Tickets" ( in addition to the emails ) created on their website to ask for assistance are ignored. Their telephone number given on their website ( ********** 00 ) rings until it automatically cuts out without any human or recorded response. After at least five email messages and numerous attempts to phone them, I am still unable to reach anyone at ECOTEL .

Ordered and paid for Uncapped Premium LTE a month ago. Service Level saya delivery within 2 days. Up to now still haven't received router and sim card. Suddenly today received invoice for subscription for the next month. has a cheek to tell me on the invoice subscription will be marked as overdue if not paid. What a scam. Haven't even had the benefit of using the service but wants to put me in overdue. Can't get a reply from emails I sent, never answer there phones, even their own bot service can't reach them. Scammers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
