Amazing internet speeds and never had a downtime with my landline like with other .
Why are emails taking long to be replied to. I have never had a problem with your services but I believe you need to improve on communication guys
My speeds were amazing and I have never had a problem with your internet and the speeds were always up and amazing. But all of a sudden I am nolonger connected to the internet and the light is blue. Please help
Your services and prices are awesome. But improve on answering calls. Your call centre needs to pull up their socks. You have a good thing going on. Its not easy to have a company concerned on giving all its profits to charity. You are the next Tata of Africa

It has been now around 20 days begging you for my money. 1) First you refused a telephone bill as a proof of payment 2) You then demanded a water bill as proof of residence which I supplied 3) You then changed the story and said you need to verify with the payer who is Uber my client. They contacted you again and again with no luck only for you to respond via email saying they must get a refund and then they will pay with another method to us. They begged you to tell them what you needed to release the funds. You didn't tell them. 4) We then refunded Uber inside the app as you had advised but you haven't released the funds into Uber. You are not even communicating with Uber or with us as to what is going on or what challenge you are having. 6) instead of communicating or answering your phones or hanging up on me when I get a lucky to go through to you. You found time to block me from following up on our money on your page. As that was the only platform you were answering me. After terminating my account with you, you advised me to do a refund and the money will go back to the payer so that they can pay us again with other means. But still they haven't received the money back. Siya promised the refund will go back immediately just like all swiping machines. And till now nothing. When are you thinking of releasing the funds? Are you keeping the money because I cancelled my services? If so let me tell you that it's illegal and you must stop with the 30 money back. If I bring back your machine will you be able to give me back the money since you can't give me the money that was swiped by my client using your swiping machine. I received money using the Yoco swiping machine of R32 000. They charged me a ridiculous R1100. As if that was enough it's now 7 days and I still haven't received my money. They told me they can't accept the telephone bill as a proof of payment even though on their site says the opposite. I then sent water bill and since then I am writing emails after emails and noone is not responding. Because of them my shop was closed and lost the client and the business became a nightmare. They have been playing these delaying tactics. Whether they have used my money or what I don't know. I won't be surprised if they come up with another delaying tactic. As that's the only thing they are good at. Run away with your money.

I doubted you at first thats why I chose to go with another company. But as for today, you have left me with no choice but to create an account at hellopeter and facebook only to thank you. I nearly lost my job because of this printing company that failed to deliver in 2 months. When I ordered from Printpress online i received my quote in 5 minutes. I made a payment. And luck enough they had my company block. They started foiling my 1000 diaries and in 3 hours they were delivered at lower prices than the previous company that happened to be a reseller of printpress.
