No communication or service

After many phone calls and messages it's now been 4 weeks and still not one single person has contacted me back to let me know when the issue will be resolved , the service was fantastic , until the funds were paid over from that second on the service and communication has been worse than poor it is non existent before you pay over a cent to these people rather find an alternative company there are many at least you will not have the same issues 100s of us are sitting with with ECU Express
