Paid R15 650 for a king size bed in Jan 2025 a few months the mattress started sagging. We reported the issue to Sound Asleep, they asked us to inform Edblo about this. Numerous emails have been sent to over the past months to no avail. I previously had a Edblo bed and it was one of the best beds. I am not sure what could be the issue now.

I bought a Queen size bed Himalaya base set at Sleepmasters N1 City in Cape town on June this year .The bed is already uncomfortable and have dips on it .I called Sleepmasters on the 16October 2025 to lodge at complaint and was advised the matter is escalated to the supplier I should get a call within a week .Till this day I have not gotten any response .I would appreciate any feedback at this point .

The bed the sale agent sold me a very hard bed without even asking me which one I prefer..now am stuck with a bed I don’t like and feel good sleeping on it.. I called agent he drop the call on me

I bought Edblo 162cm queen base set on the 29th March 2025 at OK Furniture The bed had squicky sounds within a few days. It sinks in when you sleep and ypu wake up with body pains. I want this returned and I will go for a different brand. I paid over R5k for this poor poor quality

Bought 2x Moonstone beds and bases through Teljoy and it has turned out to be the worst purchase I ever made. 2 months later, both mattresses have dents all over, they are squeaking terribly. Edblo used to be known for excellent quality beds. The ones we bought before lasted at least 15 years, and they still had no issues. What happened??? We literally cannot use these beds now and the Teljoy contract is for 36 monts, so what are we supposed to do?

On 22 July 2025, I sent a formal complaint to Edblo via email (edblo@bravobrands.com) regarding ongoing problems with the Edblo Himalaya bed I purchased from Sleepmasters Bellville. To date, I have received no response. This is now the second faulty Edblo bed in a row — both developed deep body impressions within weeks of use. The first one was replaced, but the second bed arrived wet and dirty, and is already showing the same sagging problem. The original complaint was logged with Sleepmasters on 9 July 2025 (Ticket: 1162797), followed by WhatsApp contact on 16 July (Ref: 9000428100), and then escalated multiple times — but no proper action has been taken. Sleepmasters staff couldn’t even provide the driver’s contact details or reach the responsible JD Group manager. This has been completely unprofessional, and my daughter has now been without a decent bed for over a month. I am not willing to accept another Edblo product. The quality has failed twice and clearly cannot be trusted. I am demanding: Immediate collection of the defective product A full refund Proper support from Edblo, which I have not received to date This has been an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience from a brand I once trusted. Edblo needs to take accountability. Lynn

Finaly received the replacement bed a few days ago after months of waiting... Not even an apology or explanation for why it took months to sort out. And not even a pillow or a matress protector as a small gesture for the inconvenience. The base of the new bed also look so cheaply made so im guessing that is just the standard of Edblo cheap and flimsy. On their site they speak of such excellent customer service but I've experienced the worst. I think they need to review how they portray themselves.
