Herotel the worst internet SP choice I made they just don't care and its my prayer that they will liquidate very soon. They just want your money because they know they have monopoly on fibre in my area. However let me give them a friendly warning Openserve in conjuction with vodacom are taking over in my area. Even writing ✍️ and posting this review was a struggle
Bad structural furniture with even more bad after sale service
Less then a year ago I bought a edblo bedset from house &home Green Acres for cash. 2 months into using my new bedset I encounter some structural issues. I went back 2 house & home to complain but was told they don't deal with those issues and that I must contact the manufacturer via a worker from their shop. I communicated with this lady and was told that she will forward by complain to them. I asked her to cc that email to me for the purpose of oversight but up to date nothing . I went back again but was told lady reprentative was off. I honestly don't know whether edblo perhaps called me even so they should have made contact through email but nothing forthcoming.
Not sure if I am at the right platform. But I booked a room for 2 @ the Dunes Plettenberg bay with my wife for her birthday 🎂 celebration. On arrival we unpacked in studio 11 just to find there's a water leak from the roof. I didn't really mind but informed management was moved to studio 5 which was a bit spacier then 11. The 1st night all went well but the 2nd night its when things got bad . While making coffee ☕️ the power went off(only mine) after 10 to 15 minutes it came back on no problem really but @ 04:40 the inverter fan came on and off for 40 times needless to say it was irritating and we couldn't sleep anymore . To top it all there were no real dstv or smart Tv to watch our own streaming so it became more irritating. We just waited for daylight to leave. Really its not the way you want to spend your holiday from the EC in the WC. We will stuck with our previous stay at Lala Panzi Nb: I couldn't find a place to write a review on The Dunes website to be fair
Telkom prepaid call rate per minute kills the.budget. Prepaid supposed to be cheaper because you are already guaranteed income at no risk. In comparison to Vodacom and Mtn they 1st from last
Had a wonderful money saving experience at Gelmar Uitenhage. Bought blinds that was oversize for my windows took it back for size cutting and to my surprise the sales was waiting for me b4 she cut the blinds that act was to save me money. Not only profit driven but customer satisfaction driven also. Let me not 4get the price i won during their birthday celebration. I will always return garunteed

I have a issue (without going into detail) with woolworths that I'm struggling to resolve since the 14th of April 2025. I have called multiple times myself , I have send multiple emails, they have called me multiple times but everyone I'm talking to just promised that the is or either will be resolved. I have spend over R300 airtime talked for over 100 minutes to consultant after consultant to no avail. Woolworths does not , is not the difference therefore their ads are misleading abd I will also complain to the BCCSA
Herotel is not worth the 1st part of their name. I'm in Kariega and the speed of the connection is as bad as the service no matter the ticket number your receive. Unfortunately these guys have the monopoly on Fibre just like Dstv with sport and look at (dstv) problems now. As soon as a new Fibre provider arrives I will leave herotel for sure. I used most of the time my phones data.
